Hi, my name is Liya and I am Celiac.

I could not find a lot of very yummy food and treats in San Antonio, so with the help of my parents, I built my own little bakery.

I am 13 years old, and I want other gluten-free people to feel what I wanted to feel: excited when they see a treat, safe when they take a bite, and happy because it actually tastes really good.

Why I started

Gluten free should still feel special.

When you have Celiac, food can feel complicated. Parties, school events, family tables, and bakery cases can all become a reminder of what you cannot eat. I wanted to make treats that help people feel included again.
